This Privacy Policy describes how Todo App (“the App,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use our Android application. Todo App helps you create, organize, and track tasks with categories, priorities, and due dates. We designed the App to store your task data on your device.
By installing or using Todo App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

- Tasks you create are stored locally on your device using a Room database.
- We do not operate a Todo App account server or sell your personal data.
- The App does not require an account, login, or cloud sync to function.
- We do not collect analytics or advertising identifiers in this version of the App.
- You can delete all local task data by uninstalling the App or clearing app storage in Android Settings.

Information we process
Data you provide in the App
Depending on how you use Todo App, you may enter:
- Task titles and descriptions
- Completion status, priority levels, and categories
- Optional due dates
- Search queries (processed locally to filter your tasks)
Data processed automatically on your device
- Productivity statistics (e.g., completion percentage) derived from your local tasks
- Technical logs via standard Android logging (not sent to us by default)
Permissions
Todo App does not request location, camera, contacts, or microphone permissions. The App may use standard Android backup APIs if enabled on your device; backup content is managed by Google/your device manufacturer under their policies.
How we store and retain data
All task data is stored in a local SQLite database (Room) on your device. We do not transmit your tasks to our servers. Data remains on your device until you delete individual tasks, clear app data, or uninstall the App.
Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate for a local-only app. Because data stays on your device, you should also protect your device with a screen lock and keep Android updated.
Children's privacy
Todo App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices and rights
- Access & edit: View and modify tasks directly in the App.
- Delete: Remove tasks individually or delete all data via Android Settings → Apps → Todo App → Storage → Clear data.
- Uninstall: Removing the App deletes local task data unless restored from a device backup.

Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
